Saint Alphonsus Parish is looking for members for our new Junior Choir! Singers can be in grades four and up. Rehearsals will be at 2:00 PM on the Sundays of December 5th, 12th, and 19th. Their first liturgy participation will be during the 4:00 PM Mass on December 24th and the Noon Mass on December 26th. The Saint Alphonsus PREP program is blessed to have so many faithful and creative catechists! The 6th-grade class made Advent wreaths to help them celebrate Advent at home. The 3rd-grade class learned about the Parable of the Mustard Seed by planting their own mustard seeds and seeing how much they grew in only a week--just like our faith!

Forty Hours Eucharistic Devotions will take place Sunday, November 14, through Tuesday, November 16, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Each night we will pray Evening Prayer from the Liturgy of the Hours and listen to a homily preached by Fr. Pio Mandato. Fr. Mandato, who received his First Communion in Italy from Padre Pio himself, has devoted himself to a life of solitude and prayer. We are happy to welcome him to our parish!
