Please drop off children’s board games for grades K-5/ages 5-10 in the Narthex by Sunday, June 5th. Some examples include Candyland, Clue Jr., Uno, Hoot Owl Hoot, Apples to Apples, Trouble, Monopoly, Chess, Checkers and Puzzles. If you would like more information about this program, please contact Steve Finley at (215) 576-9084.
This morning at Saint Alphonsus Parish, the Office for Child and Youth Protection hosted an event with Our Lady of Mercy Regional Catholic School in honor of Child Abuse Prevention Month! Students, together with host pastors Monsignor Hennessy, Monsignor McHenry, and Father Rymdeika, planted blue pinwheels, symbols of the carefree and happy life every child deserves, in front of our Holy Family Statue. Thank you to everyone who helped organize and participate in such a wonderful and well-deserving event! Click to view more photos of this event!
